Access Statement

The Statement So Far
An adjacent stone car park allows easy access to the cottage either through a side gate into the garden and into the rear of the property or through the front door.
Downstairs you will find a cloakroom with standard size and height wc and basin, good sized kitchen and spacious living room with separate dining area. There is ample room round all furniture and all items may be easily moved to accomodate you.
All floor levels are the same with carpet in the hall, living room and dining area. Tile effect lino is fitted to the kitchen, utility and cloakroom areas.
There is a wood burner in the living room with a raised stone hearth to the front and side of it.
All sleeping accomodation is upstairs.
The stairs, landing and both bedrooms are carpeted while the family shower room and the master ensuite have light tile effect lino fitted.
The twin room has access to each bed from one side only, the beds being situated against opposite walls.
The Master room has a double bed with ample access from both sides and large amounts of free space within the room. The ensuite has a standard size and height bath, wc and basin.
The family shower room has a double sized shower, plenty of space and standard size and height wc and basin.
Throughout the cottage walls are painted a crisp white with mostly neutral tones to the furniture. Colour is added throughout the cottage by subtle use of cushions, throws and fabulous artwork, some of it original.
